9 week job search coaching group for people with a career pause

Dates & Time:

Live Group Sessions: 9 Tuesdays in the summer of 2024: June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30 at 12pm ET/ 11am CT/ 10am MT/ 9am PT. Group Sessions are 90 minutes.

Fair Play Workshop included: sharing the work load at home when you return to paid work on Thursday June 20 at 12pm ET/ 11am CT/ 10am MT/ 9am PT for 90 minutes.

1:1 coaching session scheduled at a mutually convenient time after you sign up for THRIVE.

You don’t have to feel overwhelmed.

Get full support for your job search from Holly, a Parents Pivot coach trained in the THRIVE framework and a returner just like you. Holly is a mother of 3 and spent the early part of her career in recruiting and training before taking a career pause of her own. She returned from her pause in nonprofit communications and fundraising before transitioning to coaching.

You will be joining a group of like-minded return-to-work candidates for 9 group coaching calls, unlimited e-mail support, and access to our private Facebook group. In addition, you will get one 1:1 coaching session with your coach to start the THRIVE experience and get you set up for success.

Where: all sessions will be virtual through Zoom

• Remove self doubt and build CONFIDENCE in the value that you bring an employer and learn to communicate these strengths to potential employers through your resume and interviews. You will get access to the Cultivating Career Confidence digital course alongside the live group coaching sessions to prepare you for your return.

• CLARIFY job options through your personalized assessment report and a deep dive into your strengths, interests, motivations, blind spots, values, and skills

• Build COMMUNITY and network with other parents figuring out what’s next with professional support from Holly

• Receive job search tips on resumes, LinkedIn, Interview Prep, and Salary Negotiation in addition to accountability
