Find CLARITY around what’s next career-wise, build CONFIDENCE in your professional skills, with a COACH trained in the THRIVE framework for returning to paid work and support from a COMMUNITY of other returners just like you. 

►    1 1:1 coaching session with your THRIVE coach before the group starts to talk through goals of the program and results of your unique assessment conveying your strengths and how they relate to work

►    9 live virtual group coaching sessions full of tips and coaching

►    8 workbooks guiding you through the THRIVE framework for returning to paid work

►   Cultivating Career Confidence digital course outlining 7 confidence building strategies that you will be able to watch, re-watch, practice and implement at your own pace. These strategies are also discussed live in the course.

Meet your coaches

The THRIVE cohorts will be led by one of Parents Pivot’s trained THRIVE coaches: Lilly Coye, Holly Stancil, or Jen Person! These fabulous coaches have been vetted and trained by Anna in the THRIVE framework for returning to paid work.

Lilly Coye

A wife, mother, friend, academic, and coach, Lilly know's how confusing and messy life can be. She has lost a job, moved her family, navigated returning to work as a new mom, and that’s just the beginning. Lilly knows how to navigate the tough stuff because she has done it, learned how to do it better, and wants to help you do the same. Lilly found that receiving coaching during her transition was the key to her return to work success and is excited to coach returners through the THRIVE process.

Lilly is a member of the International Coaching Federation and trained through CoachRice at Rice University. She has an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Southern California. She has been trained in the THRIVE framework for returning to paid work.

The combination of her education, professional experiences, empathetic nature, and go-getter mentality has shaped her to champion others. To help you. To be your cheerleader, your accountability partner, and your guide through tough stuff.

Jen Person

Jen is a Professional Coach who spent the first phase of her career hiring, developing, and leading high-performance teams in the healthcare IT industry. After an unexpected lay-off from her corporate role, Jen discovered the power of coaching as she navigated a career reinvention and a new identity as an entrepreneur. Finding personal and professional fulfillment in this next phase of her career has fueled Jen's passion for working with clients experiencing career transitions. 

Jen's clients describe her as present and energetic, a deep listener, and an honest communicator. She is a champion for others in helping them to achieve their goals as parents and professionals, and in finding joy along the way.

Jen holds a degree in Business Administration from Washington College in Maryland and is an ICF certified coach who trained with New Ventures West Integral Coaching School. An East Coaster turned Midwesterner, Jen now lives with her husband, two children, and faithful Labrador in Central Kansas.

Holly is a Career Coach and Resume Writer who spent her early career in recruiting and training. After a 12-year parenting pause, she returned to paid work in nonprofit consulting before launching her own career coaching practice.

In every role of her professional, volunteer, and family life, Holly is energized by connecting people with their full potential. Many of her clients are mid-career professionals looking to return from a pause, change industries, or find a role that better matches their skills, interests, and values.

Holly has a BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and is a trained coach through CoachRice at Rice University. She has also been trained in the THRIVE return to work process. She lives in Charlottesville, VA, with her husband (a lawyer), three busy teenagers, and two lazy labradoodles.

  • Yes! All sessions are held over zoom so you can join from anywhere.

  • This varies depending on how clear you are about what you want to do next and many other factors. Most participants spend 3-5 hours each week outside of class on job search related activities.

  • All group sessions are recorded so you can catch up with what you missed and reach out to your coach with any questions between sessions.

    In addition, you will have access to the recordings after THRIVE has ended so if you are ever delaying your job search or applying for a job in the future then you can look back and refresh your knowledge.

  • THRIVE graduates go on to work in a variety of companies big or small and even start their own businesses. We have had participants return to paid work in marketing, consulting, HR, non-profits, accounting, finance, customer success, as entrepreneurs, and a variety of other roles. Graduates have landed at BDO, Accenture, The Mom Project, CenterPoint Energy, Rice University, and other organizations.

    $250 per hour = 1 – 1:1 coaching session

  • Yes! While we can’t guarantee you a job. After having more than 100 people go through the THRIVE program we are confident that you will increase your clarity, confidence, and have better job search tools after THRIVE.

    If you attend all of the live sessions and do the homework between sessions and don’t feel increased clarity around what you want to do, confidence in your return to paid work or that you have better job search tools (resume, LinkedIn, interview stories, or salary negotiation strategies) then we will give you your money back.

    You would need to do the following things to get your money back:

    1) Have your coach validate that you were there for all the live sessions.

    2) Share copies of the homework that you completed.

    3) Send a written notice to Anna sharing that you would like your money back and why within 10 days of completing the final THRIVE group coaching session.

  • Yes! If you would like to spread the payments out over 5 months and pay $239.40 per month then you can use this payment link.

  • Yes! The Wednesday cohort with Holly will be a co-ed cohort with mothers and fathers looking to return to paid work after a career pause.
